Notice for Incorrectly Shipped Christmas Event Goods

Hello, this is BlueJump.


We have confirmed that some items from the Christmas Event have been incorrectly shipped.

This happened during the process of sorting the delivery boxes, and we couldn't check them before shipping, resulting in items being swapped or additional items being included.

We sincerely apologize to all our fans for the inconvenience caused by these shipping problems.

To resolve this issue quickly, we are currently accepting exchange requests through individual inquiries on Naver.

The incorrectly delivered items will be collected by the carrier, and once the collection is confirmed, we will send out the correct goods.

All costs related to exchanges due to the shipping error will be covered by Scon.

Moving forward, we will ensure that we thoroughly check the sorting process after receiving the goods to prevent similar issues from occurring again.
